Business Enterprises (other than public limited company) engaged in construction, supply and other business enterprise can avail Letter of Guarantee facility for issuing guarantee to participate tenders, execute job order and to meet any other obligation.
@ 0.50% per qtr. or part thereof min. Tk.300/-.
Where the Bank Guarantee is fully covered by FDR, commission to be charged @ 0.25% per qtr. or part thereof min. Tk. 300/-
Where the Bank Guarantee is partially covered by FDR, commission to be charged at pro-rata basis in the manner as stated above.
Where the Bank Guarantee is fully covered by Cash margin, only Tk. 500/- to be charged as Service charge.

Copy of valid enlistment certificate of the Contractor
Bank statement for last 6 (six) months
Financial statement where required TIBN certificate
CIB report of the borrower
Partnership deed (in case of partnership firm)
Letter of partnership
Memorandum of Articles of Association with certificate of incorporation duly certified by RJSC
Copy of upto date directors list certified by RJSC (Form XII)
Copy of work order awarded with copy of terms of agreement
Original deed
Bia deed
CS, SA, RS & Hal-Parcha
Mutation with DCR
Upto date rent receipt
Site Map/Municipal tax receipt
Non-encumbrance certificate
NOC from competent authority for creating of mortgage where required.
