Finance Amount
- For Agriculture Biniyog: BDT 5,00,000- Maximum 70% of Collateral security (Distress value) or 90% of financial instruments (All continued Mudaraba Term deposits of Bank) or highest limit for specific item (whichever is lower) as per Latest Agricultural & Rural Credit Policy and Program by Bangladesh Bank.
- For CMSME:
- Without collateral- BDT 5,00,000-25,00,000/-
- With collateral- BDT 5,00,000- Maximum 70% of Collateral security (Distress value) or 90% of financial instruments (All continued Mudaraba Term deposits of Bank) or highest limit for CMSME whichever is lower.
- For Business Development (Start Up) purpose: Maximum 1(One) Crore or highest limit for CMSME whichever is lower.
Tenure
- Minimum: 1 year
- Maximum: 5 years

Eligibility
- Must be a Bangladeshi citizen
- Have an account with IFIC Islamic
- Own property in your name
- Reside at current address for at least 6 months
